Notably, he served as a liaison attorney involved in 1,500 clean-up respiratory injury disputes and was largely responsible for the client’s avoidance of a single Battery Park City Authority (BPCA’s) claim in 15 years of litigation.

In regular ongoing government business matters, John has dealt with zoning and land use, tort claims, employment discrimination, wrongful layoffs, failure to provide adequate police protection, malicious prosecution, RICO and sexual harassment.

John advises clients on matters relating to commercial disputes, breach of contract and complex transactions. Drafts appropriate ordinances and regulations for land use and also represents clients before state and federal courts on zoning and land use disputes, as well as environmental and real estate matters.
