Natalia Kuznetsova is not just another ordinary female bodybuilder. Kuznetsova boasts some huge muscles that not only female, but many male bodybuilders can only imagine having. She loves to lift heavy weights. Natalia is also considered one of the heaviest professional bodybuilders. The 5’8″ athlete once recorded a bodyweight of more than 100kg during the off-season!

However, things were not the same from the very beginning with Kuznetsova. The 31-year-old was once an absolute muscular beast, a skinny little teenager. She was often bullied for being skinny. In her interviews, she has stated that when she started training at the age of 14, her body weight was only 40 kg! She even posted pictures of her early training days. But she also admitted that she had great genetics and noticed tremendous results within the first year of her training. This led her to wonder how far she could go, and the result today is amazing! Today you weigh more than twice the weight you started with.

Natalia sports huge muscles that can put many bodybuilders to shame. She’s sporting giant biceps that measure about 19.2″! Her other muscle groups are well defined too. Her chest measures 51.2″, thigh 21.2″, hips 29.5″, waist 27.9″ and height 68.1″.

However, Natalya Kuznetsova was initially inclined towards combat sports. She started her journey to become a weightlifter, which is why she started going to the gym regularly to gain weight. However, one thing led to another, and Kuznetsova ended up following the path of bodybuilding, where she made quite a name.

Natalya Kuznetsova says that she is well aware of her physique and therefore adheres to a proper diet, which includes seven meals a day! She consumes protein every few hours to ensure she gets adequate nutrition for her big muscles. Apart from this, it also includes plenty of chicken breast, beef, and fish, along with oatmeal, whole wheat, corn, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and much more.

She avoids consuming fats, and thus prefers skimmed yogurt, milk, cheese and similar dairy products. Apart from following a high-protein diet, Natalia also spends several hours working out in the gym every week to maintain ideal muscle shape and size.

Her impressive physique helped Kuznetsova win various tournaments. It all started in 2007 when she was just starting out as a bodybuilder. She won back-to-back titles at the Baykal Grand Prix in 2007, which prompted her to build excessive strength and pursue weightlifting.

She won the 2014 Eurasia Cup (powerlifting and armlift) and became the record holder in these two events. She also won the NAP American Press Championship that same year and set a record. However, in 2018 Natalia returned to bodybuilding and won the IFBB WOS Romania Muscle Fest amateur title in the same year. It earned her a Pro Card. The following year, she managed to take 2nd place at the IFBB Romania Muscle Fest Pro Women’s Bodybuilding.

Natalia Kuznetsova has a massive fan following on social media, which is unsurprisingly normal for one of the most muscular women in the world. Her social media following exploded tremendously during 2018 and 2019, when she accomplished two of her biggest accomplishments. Currently, she has more than 1 million followers on Instagram and more than 50k followers on Facebook.

Most of the social media users follow her to see more of her amazing and strong muscles. However, it is only natural for a woman with massive muscles to attract attention on social media. But that never means that the attention you get is always constructive and positive. The Russian muscle diva is often the target of harsh and harsh comments. Venezuelan-American Yaxini Milagros Uriquen Garcia Perez is a professional bodybuilder who won the Ms. Olympia title in 2005. She is the only Venezuelan-American to win this title. Yaxeni has also won five Miss International titles in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2008 and 2012.

The 54-year-old Yaxeni has over 20 years of experience in bodybuilding, weight training, and nutrition. She says she loves to train and leads a healthy lifestyle to stay young and motivated.

3 Hill Trevino

Hailey Trevino is a Danish/American who received her Pro Card in 2004 at the age of 27. She was seriously injured during her Olympic debut that same year. Doctors said she had herniated multiple discs and that she would never be able to compete again.

However, that didn’t stop Hailey from pursuing her passion, and after a lengthy eight-year rehabilitation period, she finally made a full recovery. Not only that, she won the FIBO Pro Germany 2011 and Wings of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championship (2017 and 2019).
